This program was written in VB6 in Win98SE using
KPCMCIA-850A04 release of DriverLINX for KPCMCIA-PIO24-C boards.

The purpose is to demonstate how to program an SSIO-24 that
is jumpered to make use of Protected mode (J3 in PROT position).

External 5VDC Power must be connected to the SSIO-24 AND jumper
PC to + at TB7. NOTE: when SSIO-24 is used with an ISA or PCI
board, the computer's 5VDC power is supplied for the logic chips
of the SSIO-24 so the jumper is removed when using external power.
The KPCMCIA-PIO24-C, however, does not provide the 5VDC, so keep
the jumper in place AND use an external power supply.

This test program assumed all relays on the SSIO-24 were output
relays, but this need not be the case. However, when using protected
mode, Port C must be an output to control protected mode operation.

The configuration for output direction can be accomplished in the
DriverLINX Configuration Panel. See web site FAQs for more information.
